Recently, our company welcomed a joint delegation of Russian and Belarusian clients, consisting of six members. The visit was introduced by our long-term Belarusian partner, with whom we have maintained a deep friendship and cooperative relationship over the years. The delegation included company heads and engineers from both nations. Upon their arrival in China, they stayed at the Hilton Hotel. To extend a warm welcome, our team set out early to greet them at the hotel and escorted the delegation to our headquarters for a comprehensive tour and discussions.
At our headquarters, we provided a detailed introduction to the vacuum emulsifying equipment that the clients required, along with related quotations and equipment diagrams. The delegation expressed great interest in the high performance and precision design of the equipment and raised several customization requests during the tour. To further demonstrate the application of our equipment in real production environments, we arranged a factory visit to a renowned domestic cosmetics manufacturer in the afternoon.
During the factory visit, the clients witnessed firsthand the outstanding performance of our equipment on the production line. Both the Russian and Belarusian clients expressed high praise for the quality of the engineering projects. After the tour, the clients finalized their customization requirements and expressed their strong anticipation of further deepening cooperation with our company in the future.
That evening, we hosted a welcome dinner, where both parties engaged in in-depth conversations in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. During the dinner, the Russian clients performed a song, and everyone shared stories about the cultural differences and everyday life of both nations over delicious food and wine. The atmosphere was warm and lively.
The following day, we continued the visit by taking the clients to tour the production facility of “Kangaroo Mother,” a renowned domestic maternal and infant skincare brand. This factory had purchased our equipment five years ago and has since grown into an industry leader. Through this visit, the confidence of both Russian and Belarusian clients in our products was further strengthened, and they confirmed their final orders on the spot. We then arranged for vehicles to transport the clients back to their hotel, concluding the successful business visit.
The visit of this joint delegation marks a new milestone in our cooperation with Russian and Belarusian clients and lays a solid foundation for broader future collaboration. We look forward to continuing to work closely with Russian and Belarusian clients on future projects, driving the long-term growth of both companies.
