The customer originally purchased a vacuum emulsifier from us. However, the capping machine they purchased from another supplier had a servo motor failure in less than a month, and the bottle divider in front of the labeling machine also needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, the original supplier failed to respond to the customer’s request for help in a timely manner.
In this case, our after-sales service team quickly stepped in and actively communicated with the customer. We asked the customer to provide the size of the accessories and immediately arranged to make a new bottle divider to ensure that it met the equipment requirements. Not only did we quickly provide a new bottle divider, we also ensured that the equipment ran smoothly and restored the customer’s production process.
